It is a time of challenges that MH „Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske“ is ready to answer.

The basic task is to preserve the complete energy indenpendence of Republika Srpska.

A precondition for energy independence is a stable electricity system.

The stability of the power system is quaranteed by the efficiency of production facilities with high operational relability.

High operational reliability is quaranteed by investments in technical and technological upgrades of the plants in operation, but also in the construction of new production capacities with a focus on production from renewable energy.

Imposing oneself as a leader by providing quality wholesale sales services and supplying end customers under market conditions in the retail market is another challenge theat MH „ Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske“ can respond.

MH „ Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske“, functionally and organizationaly regulated in accordance with the binding requirements of the EU Directives and the established legislative and legal framework, is the strongest pillar of economic development of Republic of Srpska, whose succesful business is to the satisfaction of all users of services, employees of the company and all interested parties.

People and knowledge are the most important resource that makes the Mission workable.

Strong investment momentum, with knowledgeable project selection and careful, well-proportioned partner selection, are a surefire path to more significant participation in the regional electricity market.

The reorganization of improved distribution and supply activities, and interacting with service users/ end customers to filfill their expectations are a quarantee of successfull business.

Socially responsible behavior, with the maximum allowed level of social sensitivity and concern for the energy vulnerable customer, MH „ Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske“ will significantly affect the quality of life every single citizen in Republic of Srpska  more than any other.
