Mixed Holding Power Utility of Republic of Srpska Joint Stock Company Trebinje was organized in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Srpska No. 02/I-020-60/06 of 30 December 2005 in accordance with the Law on Companies and the Law on Public Enterprises.
The management of Mixed Holding Power Utility of Republic of Srpska, along with the company management, is located in Trebinje and has its own directorates.
Mixed Holding Power Utility of Republic of Srpska consists of five electricity production companies, as follows:
- Subsidiary Company „Hidroelektrane na Trebišnjici“ Joint Stock Company Trebinje
- Subsidiary Company „Hidroelektrane na Drini“ Joint Stock Company Višegrad
- Subsidiary Company „Hidroelektrane na Vrbasu“ Joint Stock Company Mrkonjić Grad
- Subsidiary Company „Rudnik i Termoelektrana Gacko“ Joint Stock Company Gacko
- Subsidiary Company „Rudnik i Termoelekltrana Ugljevik“ Joint Stock Company Ugljevik
Mixed Holding Power Utility of Republic of Srpska consists also of five electricity distribution companies, as follows:
