Organizational Legal Affairs Directorate is answerable to the Executive Director for Organizational Legal Affairs.

The Directorate performs Legal Affairs, corporate governance and human resources.

The tasks within the competence of Directorate arre carried out on a continous basis, and if necessary, the tasks of supporting other Directorates within the Parent Company are also performed.

When performing tasks and duties, all duties within the Directorate are performed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, and the general acts of the MH ERS.

Within the Directorate for Organizational Legal Affairs, the following services exist:

1. Legal Service;
2. Corporate Governance Service;
3. Personnel Department;
